Beautiful space with tons of natural light, wonderful staff, not too loud. Had a great latte, but can't speak to the food (yet). I'll be back. There's soft music (in our case, a bit of millennial nostalgia) Dog friendly Alt Milks: oat and almond Plenty of seating inside, outside, and in a cool side-room. Only downside is that parking is very minimal/difficult. It's a walk-up kinda place. Needless to say, there were still plenty of neighbors and dog walkers stopping in while we were there.

Came in on a stroll while I was headed to the strip. Lovely little nook with wonderful staff. Ordered the burrata toast….. to. die. for. The coffee was fresh and a perfect complement to the food. Oh did I mention THEY ARE DOG FRIENDLY! Definitely will return soon.

The cutest cafe in the Strip! I could’ve spent hours in there the atmosphere was so calming. My Burrata Salad was amazing. They had a more unique menu that doesn’t offer just your typical options/ingredients. Highly recommend!

Overall, such a fantastic coffee shop! I had a wonderful Burnt Almond Torte Latte (bonus points for having decaf espresso) - flavored so perfectly, being not sickeningly sweet. There is a bonus spare room and outdoor seating when the weather is good. The barista was so helpful with making recommendations and kindly explained how to use my new Coffee Passport. PLUS, they are dog-friendly! Just an A+ experience!

This cafe is very bright and welcoming with a lot of delicious brunch options. It was definitely busy but I was still able to grab a table on a Saturday afternoon and enjoy my food and drink! I really enjoyed their smoked butter latte and pumpkin toast.

Lovely cafe with amazing lattes and food! The lattes we had were absolutely perfection. Super clean space as well with lots of attention to detail in all spaces. Coming from nyc, I am so happy to find such a gorgeous space in Pittsburgh!

We were in the strip district Saturday afternoon, have tried all the existing coffee shops in that area. Wanted to try something new and with the google search this place popped up with a high rating. James Cafe has great atmosphere, felt very warm and homey. They had Customers already seated enjoying drinks, snacks and the wifi. We were greeted straightaway and the server was patient as we reviewed the menu and placed our order. We have a person that cannot have caffeine or dairy and the barista went above and beyond to meet our need. The coffee beans are ground fresh for each order and the taste of the coffee is excellent. The taste of the iced americano and the cafe latte were very good. We definitely will be back to enjoy the coffee and the relaxed atmosphere. Definitely serve top notch coffee.

I absolutely loved this cafe. I think this is located in the non-popular part of the strip and hence when I visited, there were not a lot of people, which was perfect for me. There is free Wi-Fi and you can work from here like I did, but just be cognizant of the fact that there are not a lot of power outlets. The barista and the staff were absolutely the sweetest and their energy was infectious. I got the cappuccino, which was extremely well-made and very delicious. The vibe of the place itself is great. it’s a modern looking cafe with sleek interiors and abundant lighting. I can see myself working from here.

Adorable little stylish cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. There's also an additional seating room in the back by the public bathrooms. This is a perfect place to stop in for a drink or light snack/lunch with family or friends. Highly recommend the Huckleberry Cobbler Oat Milk Iced Coffee. The Barista's are nice. And it appears to be a dog friendly location.

Had my bridal shower here this past weekend! The space is so gorgeous- we barely had any decor because the space speaks for itself! The James Cafe team was so accommodating for our event, they were so easy to work with and made this day very special. Highly recommend having your event here!
